I don't really remember why I started this render, maybe the angles matched with 2 photos, or perhaps it was the shot, no clue. But I decided to finish it today. It was about 80-90% done, so why not get it out of the way.

 

Update: I have updated the renders, mostly to remove the dark background halo from the shots but also modified the D pillar trim on the first photo to reflect the design on the sedan. I am not sure what we will see in the real car but I suspect we'll know by the Summer or Summer's end.

Made this for fun, how would an E60 look with E12 design. I changed part of the side, the top and a lot of the front. I think it looks good. Enjoy.

I started this many years ago, around April 2020, around the time when the rumours of the X8 (XM) would be similar in design to the X2, well the roofline at least. I worked on this on and off for a few months, but decided against finishing it since more and more prototype photos appeared and it was obvious the X2 rumour was not correct. Anyways, enjoy another renders from the depths of my PC.

What if BMW kept the thin, slightly taller grill from some of their past designs? I changed up most of the design, some areas minor, other areas more significant. I started and finished this quite a while ago. I posted this on my Patreon a few months back.

The design may not be to everyone's liking but with more and more EVs coming, I feel that BMW could and should make the grill smaller, similar to their models from the 70s.

I wonder if ai could come up with a design like his, probably not. Leave your comments on facebook.

I created this right before my first G70 BMW 7-Series render. It was shortly after the 2-Series Active Tourer was unveiled. I grabbed the bumper off it for this render. I really liked the angle and photo and treated this as a design exercise more than an actual render. there are some design elements from the G70 in this, but it isn't supposed to be the G70. I contemplated turning it into the G70 but the photos was too small and I wanted something much higher resolution for a full render. Shame BMW doesn't release their website promo photos in higher resolutions.

Decided to stick the CSL 3.0 Hommage concept front onto the new XM. Made it shortly after the XM debut.

Uploading this render from February 2022 in full HD resolution. Really pleased how both of these turned out.

The M3/M4 bumper fits really well on the new 7.

This is the second Z4 coupe, more M influence designs. The roof design is different, as are the rear lights and front. The front light design is supposed to be closer to the Z4 concept. The front bumper design is inspired by the upcoming M5.

I had some free time and wanted to make a Z4 coupe, so began playing around with the configurator photos from BMW USA. I mashed up a few models to get this.

This render is originally from April 2022, quite a few months before any next gen BMW X3 photos appeared and before any news about the new X4 turning into an iX4, or whatever it will be.

The design influences were mostly the new XM, mainly the concept and production model. There are some influences from the new 7 and upcoming 5. I really like how this turned out, but the actual car won't be like this, so ya. Enjoy.
